Planning Airsoft Games

There is much to do in preparation for an Airsoft Game. All Airsoft Games require planning so that everyone can play safe and the gaming can go smoothly. Most likely your budget and amount of gamers will determine the style of your game. You will also need such items as weapons, accessories, attire, and even general Airsoft knowledge before starting a game. Airsoft Atlanta would like to give you some reminders and advice about planning Airsoft games to ensure you have the most fun possible.

To start with, round up a group of friends, try to get an even amount of players, so that most of the games are fair. Go over the basic rules before you play and make sure everyone is familiar with the honor system. Have everyone bring the proper equipment. Make sure to pack and bring all of your AEP and AEG guns, Ammo, and accessories such Battery chargers, Batteries etc. Make sure everyone brings the proper attire such as boots, knee pads, gloves, vests, goggles and any other preferred clothing. Be prepared and have plenty of water and convenient food such as energy bars jerky or trail mix. Familiarize everyone with the rules and go over them right before playing. Go over the basics such as how a player can signal that they have been hit. A common one is simply raising your arms and yelling "Hit". Once a player is out, they should go directly to the determined safe zone. Also try to get everyone familiar with hand signals for the game. Remember to play safe and everyone will have fun.
