SIG P226 spring pistol

AIRSOFT PRODUCT REVIEWS:

KWC SIG P226 w/trademarks

Intro- What a great spring pistol! It’s an accurate replica of a Sig P226. Both the function and the feel of the gun impressed me. With full trademarks as well, very detailed. The real Sig P226 is a standard pistol of many police departments. I started out by lending it to a friend of mine in our last springer battle so I could get his take on its performance. Much to my woe I found the gun pointed in my direction several times.

Function- The slide on the Sig P226 was surprisingly easy to work for as hard as it shoots. The hop-up is fixed for .20s and they work very well in the gun. At 50 feet you can park your shots where you want them. The accuracy is perfect on this gun. Not many will outshoot this baby. The float is minimal to say the least. I would not suggest using anything less than a .20 BB, as they will not be accurate. The mag’s spring lock is solid so you won’t be spraying your bbs all over the place while loading. The mag release is good quality too. I didn’t have worry about my mag falling out like some of my other pistols. My friend remarked that the gun is heavy enough to make you think you are using a gas pistol. I would have to agree with him. Once I got the measure of this pistol I swiftly took it back from my pal and put it into service.

Perks- The KWC Sig P226 is straightforward in its design. Some companies put a lot of flash into the external cosmetics of their springers, and skimp on the internals. KWC sticks to its standard of excellence in this case by making an accurate replica with high quality parts. I am sure that it will outlive many of my other “off brand” guns. I can’t recommend KWC springers enough. This is one of the most accurate spring pistols made under the $60 range. They are top-notch.
