All orders will receive an automated email notification with tracking information after it ships.

Same Day Shipping Policy: Orders before 5pm with UPS ship same day. USPS Priority Mail orders before 10am will ship same day. USPS orders placed after 10am will ship next day. All orders placed after 5pm will ship next day. Orders placed after 5pm Friday, and during the weekend, will ship on Monday. We cannot guarantee same day shipping if we have an issue with your order, mismatched billing info, etc - please use a phone number we can reach you at if we have a question on your order.

Airsoft Atlanta is one of the original airsoft stores in the US that takes pride in shipping orders out faster than most e-commerce companies do. We take personal care of each and every order after you place it on our website. We use environmentally friendly bio-styrofoam peanuts for packing and brand new corrugated cardboard boxes for safe shipping.

Billing and shipping addresses must match - if you want to ship to a non-billing address, please call the phone # on the back of your credit card and tell them to authorize your new shipping address for merchant shipments. This takes less than 5 minutes - otherwise we may cancel or delay your order. Use this new address as your billing and shipping address so our system authorizes it as valid. Please call if you have any questions 10am-6pm Eastern Time 770-449-9991 regarding a different billing/shipping order.

If you order before 5pm Eastern Standard Time, we will ship your order out same day! If you order over the weekend, we'll ship your order out on Monday. You will also receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order ships out (in the evening) automatically. We ship via UPS Ground, which usually arrives fairly quickly, depending how far from Georgia you're located. Please see the transit map.

Please use our system to track your order. This system only works AFTER we ship out your package. This is usually within 24 hours, or next business day. The UPS system is updated usually around 8pm EST daily. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. UPS does not deliver or pickup on the weekends, as per their policy.

After you receive a shipping-confirmation(order was shipped), use this page for tracking your order. Use the OnlineOrder_Number found in bold on your invoice(emailed to you). This tracking page will work after 8pm Eastern Standard Time from when your package was 'shipped'. If the order comes up as invalid, try again later in the evening. This system is only for Credit Card customers only.

After submitting your order number, click the 'track my package' button. You will automatically be forwarded to the UPS Database website. If the number comes up as invalid, that means UPS has not picked up your order from us yet. Please check again after 8pm that evening they pick it up from us. Again orders on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday (check Monday after 8pm). Check your tracking # frequently for updated information. If you see an 'Exception' with your shipment, please call UPS directly at: 1-800-PICK-UPS. Thanks again for your order with Airsoft Atlanta. We ship small and lightweight packages, meant for small parts and tactical gear, via Priority Mail 2-3 day. We cannot guarantee same-day shipment on Priority mail packages, but will get the shipped out within 24 hours of processing your order. Our daily cut off time for USPS orders is 10AM. Priority boxes usually arrive at your house 2-3 days after we ship them, but are not guaranteed (they can sometimes take up to a week on rare occasions). But this is a quick and cheap method for shipping small upgrade parts, accessories, etc. A delivery confirmation # will be sent to your email address upon shipping.

PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING MAY NOT SHIP THE SAME DAY. WE STRIVE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Orders to APO, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Alaska, and Hawaii addresses ship via the US Postal Service (USPS). The orders are packed (usually in 24 hours) and shipped via US Priority Mail service - fully insured and with signature required (cost included). No free shipping (orders over $199) for non-lower 48 US States. Just order as usual on the website, it'll show you the USPS Priority shipping rates.

We can ship orders to Canada via USPS Priority Post. Just no gun orders please, since Canada won't allow them at this time even with your stupid and arbitrary FPS limits. Gun orders placed with Canadian shipping addresses will be canceled immediately.  We will ship to a USA address, if you want to pick your order up or have them forward it for you.  No free shipping option to Canada or international. Canadian orders may also incur custom's fees, taxes and other delivery charges that are not included in your Airsoft Atlanta order; you are responsible for these costs, if any. Priority Post generally waives the extra fees, which is why we use them over UPS now. USPS is our recommended shipping method to Canada. No Canadian Money Orders allowed, credit-card online only. Orders to Canada are emailed a tracking # and usually take a week or so to arrive.

We ship internationally now! Please email international customer service if you have any questions on importing an order. If you don't see your country listed, let us know and we can fix that.

• USPS Priority (around 7-10 days delivery) and First Class International (7-30 days delivery)
• No gun orders will be allowed for direct export - We can only ship accessories and parts for guns at this time. We cannot ship large (rifle cases, helmets, face masks) or heavy items either (guns, BB ammo, etc). We will cancel orders that we are unable to ship including guns.  We will ship guns to a USA address, such as a freight forwarder.  See information below on exporting guns.
  
• Credit card payments are authorized, but we may request to see forms of ID when ordering expensive shipments. Paypal is not accepted right now, but we may accept it in the future.
• We declare your USD valuation per invoiced amount - VAT or customs duties may apply in your country.
• International orders are limited to around 2kg in weight. First Class shipping will not receive a tracking # - order limited to $70 total. Use Priority if you want less risk and faster shipping.
• We will ship guns to a USA address, such as a freight forwarder, if you want to go that route.  There are many freight forwarders in the USA that will be willing to export our merchandise.  We will not guarantee arrive in your country, customs, or anything else if you go this route.  We will also not honor any warranties on the guns.  For large export orders, please email us above.  We accept credit card and wire transfers for large export orders.
