Please use our system to track your order. This system only works AFTER we ship out your package. This is usually within 24 hours, or next business day. The UPS system is updated usually around 8pm EST daily. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. UPS does not deliver or pickup on the weekends, as per their policy.

After you receive a shipping-confirmation(order was shipped), use this page for tracking your order. Use the OnlineOrder_Number found in bold on your invoice(emailed to you). This tracking page will work after 8pm Eastern Standard Time from when your package was 'shipped'. If the order comes up as invalid, try again later in the evening. This system is only for Credit Card customers only.

After submitting your order number, click the 'track my package' button. You will automatically be forwarded to the UPS Database website. If the number comes up as invalid, that means UPS has not picked up your order from us yet. Please check again after 8pm that evening they pick it up from us. Again orders on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday (check Monday after 8pm). Check your tracking # frequently for updated information.
