We ship fast. We don't slack off when it comes to internet orders in the day of Amazon Prime, so as a small business, we have to work extra hard to prove ourselves to players that expect fast service.
Jan. 2021 Covid Update: USPS is having overwhelming shipping delays outside our control. For the most part, packages are only delayed 1-2 days with Priority. Sometimes they take a week or longer to arrive. Please be patient as USPS is working hard to fulfill their workload. Tracking numbers may not be scanning at each transit stop like usual, but are shipped out. If you received a tracking # from us, your order was physically shipped out of our warehouse even if it says "pre-shipment" or "label created". FedEx is faster and more reliable for tracking but may also have some delays too. Choose FedEx if you want more reliable service.
All orders ship out same or next business day. We don't pre-sell (pre-orders) merchandise we don't have physically on-hand, currently in our warehouse, and ready to ship. We just don't do that kind of thing. Seriously, we do not screw around and delay orders. We know you want your package fast, so we take steps to ensure your order arrives safely ASAP. All orders will receive an notification with tracking information after it ships. You can also log into your account here to view the current tracking progress.
Order Cancellation policy: Customers must inform us ASAP via email with their order # in the subject heading if they wish to cancel. Please cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. If we don't receive the email in time, it will ship same-day and you will be responsible for the shipping costs and return fees. We are not responsible for missed emails on cancellations.
Stolen Packages: Insurance and purchase protection does not cover porch theft after it has been delivered. Packages delivered are your responsibility. Ship to your office, work, or a friend's house that is secure if worried. If your package was stolen, please contact the carrier immediately and file a police report. Signatures required on expensive packages, so be home or ship to your work address if needed.

FedEx Rate: Orders placed with FedEx rate is of our choice in the shipping method. FedEx Ground for heavy/larger packages and Priority for smaller. Will ship out same or next business day fast.
USPS Priority: Orders placed by in the morning usually go out the same-day. Orders generally placed after 10am go out the next business day. Weekend Orders ship Monday.
USPS First Class Mail: Orders placed by 10am usually go out the same-day. First class is the slowest shipping method, so please don't be in a rush if you choose this option. We recommend Priority for 2-3 day delivery for just slightly more. First class can take up to a week or sometimes 2-3 days. There's no guarantee on this option. First class is only for small packages under 1 pound. We may ship in padded envelopes.
Fedex Home Ground / Flat Rate packages ship same-day if ordered before 10am. This is the fastest method if you're in the south east USA. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday. See our Ground Map to see when your order will arrive:
USA Restricted Shipping - NY Customers: All NYC / 5 boroughs gun orders will be cancelled immediately. Exceptions will be AEGs or high-end guns only (with proper orange tape markings) going outside the 5 boroughs. Cheap or hard to tape-up guns will be cancelled. We still ship airsoft accessories, tactical gear, and everything else to NY residents though. In January 2016, California airsoft guns will be shipped with new colored strips to adhere to its new gun laws (SB 199). Massachusetts airsoft gun orders require a 21+ adult signature. Ultimately it's up to the customer to follow their local laws.
NO SALES TO MINORS! PERIOD! 18+ strictly.
Orders to APO, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Alaska, and Hawaii addresses ship via the US Postal Service (USPS). The orders are packed (usually in 24 hours) and shipped via US Priority Mail service - fully insured and with signature required (cost included).
International Orders - We ship international with 2 important notices:
- Restricted gun sales outside the USA. We do not ship guns outside the USA. Gun orders will be automatically cancelled. Consult with your laws before ordering. We are not responsible for seized packages. We test all guns prior to shipping to ensure there's no warranty problem. No warranty or returns allowed on international gun sales. All sales final.
- PAYPAL ONLY for payment. Do not use a credit card. Please use the Paypal payment option upon checkout. Credit card orders will be cancelled.
Brazil - Yes, we ship to Brazil. No guns or weaponry like products due to strict importing laws. VAT taxes apply at invoice value. No warranty on any Brazil orders.
Canada - Yes, we ship to Canada via Priority Post. NO GUN SALES to Canada. The VAT Taxes on airsoft guns is very high, so even if the gun is over the legal FPS limit, you will complain about your import taxes, which is why we don't ship guns to Canada. All sales final and no warranty on Canada orders.
Europe / UK / All other countries - Yes, we ship parts, accessories, tactical gear, and everything else besides guns to all countries in the world. No warranty and all sales final on international orders. See above for details. Be sure to use a Paypal confirmed shipping address. You are ultimately responsible for your importation laws. VAT taxes may be charged at full invoice value to you after we ship. These tax charges are your responsibility and are charged separately from us by your local government. Any returned packages will be refunded minus our shipping costs. We cannot guarantee any restrictions, seizure at your border, or other laws with exports. These are YOUR responsibility.
We will ship guns to a USA address, such as a freight forwarder, if you want to go that route. There are many freight forwarders in the USA that will be willing to export our merchandise. We can also ship to a hotel.

Online Sales Exchange/Return Policy:
A quick note about our returns policy: Airsoft guns are considered a hobby-grade, electronic product. Airsoft products are not consumer grade toys. These are susceptible electronic devices that can easily be damaged without proper care. They are also considered weapons in some jurisdictions, so like real firearms' shops, we have an 'all sales final' policy. However, to keep our customers happy, we have the following exceptions to the all sales final policy:
Exchanges on some products are allowed within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are only for manufacturer defects or shipping damage upon delivery. If an item is received damaged, or is incorrectly shipped, please contact Customer Support immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are generally for the exact same product, but we will consider other exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not returns. Exchanges are for the same or similar item in cases of defects or damage. Exchanges for manufacturer's defects are at our sole discretion on going directly through us or the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty is always through the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses to us or transportation of all exchanges and defects.
Returns: We do not offer returns on any of our products. All sales are considered final due to the nature of airsoft products. Exchanges for defects are within 14 days only. We offer some return exceptions on a case by case basis but generally all sales are final.
Gun Warranties: Guns are fully warrantied directly through the manufacturer on ALL guns. Umarex, G&G, Valken, ASG and others all have extended warranties for 30 days - 1 year duration depending on the item. Please check with the manufacturer on the warranty for defects. Airsoft Atlanta does not cover returns/warranties for guns with manufacturer defects after 14 days. Items that fall outside this realm are covered by the 14 day exchange policy above. We do not cover shipping expenses.

In-Store Retail Sales Exchange/Return Policy:
Same policy as above (online sales) - please bring your merchandise and printed receipt into the store within 14 days of purchase if you have a defective product or warranty issue. If a defect is identified, we will offer to repair the product for free, offer to exchange for the same item, or issue store credit (if that original product is out of stock). We offer exchanges only in the case of an identifiable manufacturer defect. All sales are final in cases not covered above.
Additional Exchange/Return Policy Information:
Airsoft guns are a niche hobby industry product not fit for general consumer consumption. These are fragile, advanced electronic, non-toy products. Airsoft guns are hobby products intended for adult use only. These are not meant for minors under the age of 18 to play with. If you purchase an airsoft product for your kid, and they destroy it with improper use, that's not our responsibility. Misuse, user damage, or user modification voids all exchanges and returns. Please see list below:
It is important to note that exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. We have the right to refuse warranty work, exchanges, or refunds at our discretion. Compatibility, size, fit, and upgrade parts are ultimately the responsibility of the customer at purchase. Airsoft Atlanta will not be held liable for unfit compatibility issues on parts, magazines, batteries, and other merchandise (exchanges may be allowed, in some cases, without return shipping covered). Custom guns, upgraded guns, HPA installed guns, custom built rifles (snipers, etc), are all sales final. No returns or exchanges for these are allowed due to the nature of the work.
Manufacturers directly cover most warranty issues. Please contact them if you're having a gun issue.
Exchanged items requirements:
- does not show any sign of wear, user modification, or user caused damage in any way. No scratches, paint marks, or repairs.
- no customer damaged parts, guns, improperly installed, or used items
- original orange tip must not be altered, scratched, painted black, or removed (against federal law) - no exceptions
- be in original packaging with all manuals, tools, packaging, and accessories included in new or like-new condition
- must not be batteries, bbs, parts, upgrade parts, parts' compatibility issues (responsibility of the customer), custom built guns, EG Smoke, or other consumable items. No exchange or returns on parts.
- guns that don't perform up your level of expectation are not a defect and are not covered for the warranty. We don't guarantee groupings or accuracy
- clearance sale products are sold as-is final (clearance, blow-out sale items, open box, custom built guns, sale, deal of the day, salvage garden, etc, cannot be returned or exchanged - no exceptions)
- clothing and apparel items may be exchanged for a different size, so long as all original tags are not removed. Clothing may not be used or washed before exchange.
Airsoft Atlanta Repairs:
We have the right to repair any exchanged item before a replacement is offered. If repair or refurbishment is not possible, the item will be replaced or store credit issued if that item is no longer in stock. If a product is easily fixable after the 14 days, or warranty period, we offer free repairs for the life of the gun (simple repairs only) in-store. This only applies if you purchased the gun through us. We cannot open or repair internal gearboxes after the 14 days.
