USPS Priority: Orders placed in the morning usually go out same-day. Orders placed after the morning go out next business day. *** USPS tracking # information does not update normally due to our local post office having old computers. The number will update 2-3 business days after we ship it. Do not be concerned if it doesn't change for a few days, this is just how our post office branch works. The tracking will update once it's in your vicinity.
UPS Ground packages ship same-day if ordered before 5pm. This is the fastest method if you're in the south east USA. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday. See our UPS Ground Map to see when your UPS order will arrive:
Billing and shipping addresses must match - if you want to ship to a non-billing address, please use Paypal as your payment option with the shipping address being confirmed thru Paypal. Or call your credit card company (number on the back of your card) to authorize your new address as an AVS matching address. Please use Paypal if you want to ship to your work address, etc. Make sure it's a confirmed shipping address in advance.
USA Restricted Shipping - Most Airsoft Gun orders to New York are not allowed due to unfair laws your state has implemented. Thank your government for this; do not blame us. All NYC gun orders will be cancelled immediately. Exceptions will be AEGs or high-end guns only (with proper orange tape markings) going outside the 5 boroughs. We still ship airsoft accessories, tactical gear, and everything else to NY residents though. Canada and international orders - we do not ship guns to your country. In January 2016, California airsoft guns will be shipped with new colored strips to adhere to its new gun laws (SB 199).
NO SALES TO MINORS! PERIOD! All airsoft GUN sales to CA, IL, MA, MI, MN, NH, NJ, NY, PA and DC require a 21+ age signature, ID required upon UPS delivery.
Orders to APO, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Alaska, and Hawaii addresses ship via the US Postal Service (USPS). The orders are packed (usually in 24 hours) and shipped via US Priority Mail service - fully insured and with signature required (cost included).
International Orders - We ship international with 2 important notices:
- No gun sales outside the USA. Do not order any guns. Any gun order will be automatically cancelled. Packages must be under 2.5/kg total.
- PAYPAL ONLY for payment. Do not use a credit card. Please use the Paypal payment option upon checkout. Credit card orders will be cancelled.
Brazil - Yes, we ship to Brazil. No guns or weaponry like products due to strict importing laws. VAT taxes apply at invoice value.
Canada - Yes, we ship to Canada via Priority Post. No guns for export, no exceptions. VAT Taxes on airsoft guns is very high, so even if the gun is over the FPS limit, you will complain about your taxes, which is why we don't ship guns to Canada. Taxes in Canada can be expensive, and billed separately, so be aware before ordering.
All other countries - Yes, we ship parts, accessories, tactical gear, and everything else besides guns to all countries in the world. Be sure to use a Paypal confirmed shipping address. You are ultimately responsible for your importation laws. VAT taxes may be charged at invoice value to you after we ship. These tax charges are your responsibility and are charged separately from us by your local government. Any returned packages will be refunded minus our shipping costs. We cannot guarantee any restrictions, seizure at your border, or other laws with exports. These are YOUR responsibility.
We will ship guns to a USA address, such as a freight forwarder, if you want to go that route (use Paypal). There are many freight forwarders in the USA that will be willing to export our merchandise. We can also ship to a hotel. For large export orders, please email us above. We only accept Paypal for international orders going to a USA address only.
Local Atlanta Order Pickup - If you would like to place an order for "in store pickup" / Willcall, we no longer offer that option. Please just visit our store-front and shop like you normally would. Everything is in stock, from our website, and we can provide it here for you. See our store hours for retail sales.

Online Sales Exchange/Return Policy:
A quick note about our returns policy: Airsoft guns are considered a hobby-grade, electronic appliance. Airsoft products are not consumer grade toys! These are susceptible electronic devices that can easily be damaged without proper care. They are also considered weapons in some jurisdictions, so like real firearms' shops, we have an 'all sales final' policy. However, to keep our customers happy, we have the following exceptions to the all sales final policy:
Returns for full refund are allowed on brand-new merchandise within 2 business days of purchase/delivery. Returned items must be 100% brand-new, unopened, unused, unworn, with full tags and packaging accompanying it. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees back to our warehouse. Buyer will not be refunded shipping expenses we incurred for initial delivery (including 'free shipping'; we will deduct the actual expense). Returned items that are not brand new are not allowed. No returns for refund allowed after 2 days of purchase - no exceptions.
Exchanges on products are allowed within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are only for manufacturer's defects and shipping damage upon delivery. If an item is received damaged, or is incorrectly shipped, please contact Customer Support immediately, so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are generally for the exact same product, but we will consider exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Please call us at the above phone number to request your RMA # before returning your product(s) and include the RMA # on the outside of the package, with your contact information on the inside.
In-Store Retail Sales Exchange/Return Policy:
Same policy as above (online sales) - please bring your merchandise and printed receipt into the store within 14 days of purchase if you have a defective product or warranty issue. If a defect is identified, we will offer to repair the product for free, offer to exchange for the same item, or issue store credit (if that original product is out of stock). Refunds are only valid for 2 business days after purchase (see above). We offer exchanges only in the case of an identifiable manufacturer defect.
Additional Exchange/Return Policy Information:
Airsoft guns are a niche hobby industry product not fit for general consumer consumption. These are fragile, advanced electronic, non-toy products. Airsoft guns are hobby products intended for adult use only. These are not meant for minors under the age of 18 to play with. If you purchase an airsoft product for your kid, and they destroy it with improper use, that's not our responsibility. Misuse, user damage, or user modification voids all exchanges and returns. It is important to note that exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. We have the right to refuse warranty work, exchanges, or refunds at our discretion. Compatibility, size, fit, and upgrade parts are ultimately the responsibility of the customer at purchase. Airsoft Atlanta will not be held liable for unfit compatibility issues on parts, magazines, batteries, and other merchandise (exchanges may be allowed, in some cases, without return shipping covered).
Exchanged items requirements:
- does not show any sign of wear, user modification, or user caused damage in any way
- original orange tip must not be altered, painted black, or removed (against federal law)
- be in original packaging with all manuals, tools, packaging, and accessories included
- within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no exchanges are allowed)
- must not be batteries, bbs, parts, or other consumable items
- some products are sold as-is final (clearance, open box, sale, salvage garden, etc, cannot be returned, no exceptions)
- clothing and apparel items may be exchanged for a different size, so long as all original tags are not removed. Clothing may not be used or washed before exchange.
Airsoft Atlanta Repairs:
We have the right to repair any exchanged item before a replacement is offered. If repair or refurbishment is not possible, the item will be replaced or store credit issued if that item is no longer in stock. If a product is easily fixable after the 14 days, or warranty period, we offer free repairs for the life of the gun. This only applies if you purchased the gun through us. We cannot repair internal gearboxes after the 14 days.
Additional Manufacturer Warrant Information:
Some Items carry an extended Manufacturer's Warranty, see product documentation or manufacturer's website for details. This is beyond our 14 day in-store warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
