Description

The Valken Smart LiPo Quick 2 Amp Fast Charger. This is the more robust faster charger than the compact.  Charges at 2a current for airsoft batteries. For use with LiPo/Li-Ion Lithium style batteries ONLY. Use the balancer function to charge (plug included).  For use on 2-3 cell (7.4 - 11.1v) lipo batteries.  Charge ONLY through the 3 or 4-pin balancer plug, not the Tamiya connection.  Use a safety bag for fire hazard.  Never leave your charger plugged into the wall unattended.  See warnings and read instructions.  Do not use with nimh batteries.  If you're not sure which LiPo battery charger to purchase, pick this one up!

  • Only use the appropriate charger to with your LiPo batteries. Use of other chargers can result in fire, personal injury and property damage.
  • Never leave batteries and chargers unattended when in use. When not in use, always remove the battery from the charger or airsoft gun.
  • Always charge batteries in a safe area, on a stable non-flammable surface away from other flammable items. Never allow your battery and charger to be dislodged or fall during charging as this can result in fire, personal injury and property damage.

Before charging complete a visual inspection of your battery. At the sign of any damage do not use.
Never expose batteries to temperatures higher than 160 degrees F.
Always keep your battery in a safe secure location to prevent damage during transport or storage.
Always keep batteries away from liquids.
Always keep batteries out of the reach of children.

Lipo Safety Information:

LiPo batteries can carry risk, so please use with caution. LiPo are hobby-grade products and not consumer grade.  Please read your battery charger instructions, use correct LiPo approved charger/battery, and follow proper precautions. Never charge/discharge/use/store damaged or puffy batteries.  Dispose of faulty batteries at local facility (Home Depot, battery shop, recycling center, etc). Use proper LiPo charger only!  Do not charge on a nimh charger.  Use the 3 or 4 pin balancer plug only to charge through.  The Tamiya/Deans plug is output only.  Do not charge into the output plug. Only charge on the balancer port with a LiPo charger.

Charge your LiPo in an approved safety LiPo bag, concrete, metal surface/box (an ammo can is great), ceramic coffee mug, or fire-proof surface only.  Keep away from fire hazards, paper, wood, etc.  Never charge your LiPo unattended.  Always be nearby when charging.  If you have to leave, unplug from charger and wall outlet.  Unplug your battery and charger when not in use or present.  Store in a fireproof container, unplugged.  Do not leave it plugged into your gun when in storage.  Never leave charger plugged into wall outlet when not in use. Do not overcharge or discharge your LiPo too much.  Either will cause damage to its cells. Never store a fully charged battery.  Discharge to a safe level 3.6v or so.  Store at room temperatures, never cold or hot environments.  LiPo batteries are generally good for 300 charge/discharge cycles over its lifetime.  Follow proper shipping regulations when transporting, traveling, etc.
